Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Vice President of Logistics to lead transportation strategy for North America. You will shape the transportation network, guide a corporate logistics team of 50+ professionals, and partner with executives to drive efficiency and next-day delivery.

You will strengthen carrier partnerships, analyze data to inform major strategic decisions, and champion continuous improvement across all transportation modes, including

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations with expertise in all transportation modes; outbound LTL expertise a plus.
• Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
