Job summary

JENNMAR seeks a visionary Vice President, Enterprise Logistics to craft and execute a company‑wide logistics strategy across its manufacturing and distribution network. You will drive inbound, intercompany, and outbound movements, optimize fleet and carrier usage, and govern multi‑site logistics with a relentless focus on service, cost, and working capital.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in logistics, distribution, or related operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise logistics strategy aligned with growth, service, margin, and working‑capital goals.
• Lead inbound, intercompany, and outbound logistics across fleet, carriers, rail, intermodal, and warehousing.
• Establish common operating model across affiliates; standardize dispatch, load planning, tracking, and freight settlement.
• Evaluate private fleet economics vs outsourcing; optimize network design and asset utilization.
• Negotiate enterprise carrier, 3PL, and brokerage agreements; manage governance and terms.
• Own budget, forecasts, cost‑to‑serve, and EBITDA improvement through productivity gains.
• Build logistics dashboard and governance cadence for safety, service, and cost.
• Lead logistics technology roadmap: TMS/WMS, telemetry, ERP integration, BI.
• Ensure data quality, master data definitions, and reporting standards across logistics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Legal on capacity and growth.
• Respond to escalations; develop contingency plans for critical lanes and regions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and trade requirements.
