Teva is seeking an experienced Vice President, Global Program Head to lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a major disease-area portfolio. The role oversees cross-functional GPTs, integrates scientific, regulatory, and commercial perspectives, and guides assets from preclinical stages through approval and lifecycle management.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, external engagement, and delivery excellence within a hybrid work setup across multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biotech R&D with leadership across development stages.
• Proven track record leading global cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing external partnerships and high-stakes program communications.
• Deep scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial understanding across development.

Responsibilities

• Owns full program lifecycle from preclinical to regulatory approval and lifecycle management.
• Leads Global Program Team through governance interactions and represents assets to authorities and partners.
• Shapes enterprise strategy and lifecycle management to maximize asset value and differentiation.
• Collaborates with senior leaders, external experts, and governance structures to align strategy and execution.
• Drives risk-taking and bold ideas while maintaining accountability and delivery.
