The role combines executive leadership with hands-on oversight of global trial delivery in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will build the clinical operations function, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure study execution meets timelines, safety, and quality

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical/biotech clinical operations experience at VP or head level.
• Experience leading global programs from early development to registrational stages.
• Strong autoimmune/immunology background; oncology experience is a plus.
• Experience with complex immunotherapies (bispecifics, cell therapies) is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build teams and organizational infrastructure in a growing biotech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global clinical operations strategy across the portfolio.
• Oversee trial planning and execution with quality, safety, timelines, and budget accountability.
• Partner with executives to assess portfolio priorities, risks, and resource needs.
• Build and develop the clinical operations organization, including hiring and mentoring.
• Lead CRO and vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
• Own portfolio budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and performance metrics.
