Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biotech R&D with leadership across development stages.
• Proven track record leading global cross-functional teams to IND → Ph3 → approval.
• Experience managing complex external partnerships and governance structures.
• Deep scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial understanding across development.
• Experience with lifecycle management and global submissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set a bold, enterprise-level asset vision spanning science, regulatory, and commercial.
• Own full program lifecycle from preclinical to regulatory approval and lifecycle management.
• Lead Global Program Team (GPT) and represent assets to authorities, boards, and partners.
• Shape stakeholder expectations with evidence-based communication and executive alignment.
• Develop and mentor multidisciplinary, high-performing global program teams.
