Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking a Vice President of Global Hedge Product Management to lead the product strategy for hedge fund services across North America. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Technology to shape offerings, prioritize client-driven requirements, and drive profitable growth.

You will engage directly with clients, translate complex needs into actionable roadmaps, and partner with enterprise platforms to deliver differentiated solutions that scale globally.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in hedge fund servicing, asset servicing, investment operations, product management, or related consulting/tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Global Hedge in North America.
• Identify gaps in hedge fund platforms and translate market needs into clear requirements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Sales, PM, Operations, Technology, and client teams.
• Develop compelling value propositions for hedge fund managers and institutional clients.
• Engage with clients to understand investment strategies and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive go-to-market plans and enablement materials to accelerate adoption and revenue.
