Job summary

• Approximately 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in hedge fund servicing, asset servicing, product management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading product initiatives and complex client engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Global Hedge in North America.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Technology, and Alpha to deliver differentiated client solutions.
• Translate client needs into structured requirements and executable delivery plans.
• Lead cross-enterprise solutioning across the broader State Street platform to ensure scalable offerings.
• Drive go-to-market plans, client presentations, and partnerships to grow the business.
