Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects across Equities and Prime to deliver results aligned with business strategy.
• Define and oversee integrated program plans, aligning resources, milestones, and deliverables to strategic objectives and ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
• Manage a robust governance process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all projects.
• Establish and lead senior governance, communicating progress, updates, risks and issues to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Ensure all programs comply with risk, control, and firm-wide guidelines, maintaining control integrity.
• Take ownership of high-visibility projects that directly impact the firm’s strategic direction.
