You will work with senior leaders to design, implement, and evolve the Data Ownership framework, ensuring oversight and meaningful business impact. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop scalable governance practices, and support regulatory readiness and reporting for data risk management across lines of business and corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Proven track record in risk management and governance programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roll-out of Data Owner implementation across lines of business and corporate functions.
• Partner with technology to build tools to track Data Owners and entitlements.
• Analyze and enhance governing documents for a practical, business-focused framework.
• Normalize roles to improve governance transparency and oversight.
• Create metrics and summaries for executive presentations and reporting.
• Develop and lead firmwide data governance initiatives to improve risk management.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and audit requests.
• Deliver centralized Data Owner training and communications.
• Manage a team to support governance goals and adapt to regulatory developments.
• Support other data governance initiatives as needed.
