Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Data Owner Lead within the Chief Data & Analytics Office to drive data strategies, governance, and a data-driven culture across the enterprise. You will partner with Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and Risk functions to ensure data quality and security, while delivering data products and integrated analytics capabilities.

This role offers growth, collaboration with experts, and exposure to AI/ML initiatives to support commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data management, governance, or analytics experience.
• Proven leadership in delivering data initiatives with timelines.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large data projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic data plans and governance to support business objectives.
• Manage project execution, mitigating risks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate to classify data with metadata and document requirements.
• Provide SME on data content and usage within product areas.
• Develop relationships with data providers and consumers across functions.
• Document data sourcing, content, and quality requirements.
• Identify and mitigate data risks across the data lifecycle.
• Govern data integration to analytics platforms to support analytics.
• Communicate and resolve data issues, maintaining data integrity.
• Lead and mentor staff on data-related initiatives.
