Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking an senior operations leader to manage data center sites within a designated market, ensuring safe, reliable service and adherence to SLAs and regulatory standards.

The role drives standardization, innovation and financial performance, overseeing large CAPEX/OPEX budgets while collaborating with Sales, CTO, DE&C, Finance and HR to deliver customer satisfaction and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of data center operations, critical infrastructure, capacity planning, and security.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in financial performance management and process optimization.
• Experience handling OPEX and CAPEX budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent management and leadership across multiple hierarchical layers.
• Business fluency in English and relevant local language.
• Ability to travel globally as required.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operation of all Data Center sites within market, meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee workforce planning and budget governance for CAPEX/OPEX.
• Escalation point during critical incidents; collaborate with Sales, CTO, DE&C, Finance, HR.
• Foster customer relationships and support talent development.
• Drive operational excellence and process optimization; align with business goals.
