Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• 10 years’ experience in supply chain management across procurement, logistics, systems & processes.
• 10 years of cross‑functional team leadership in global matrix organizations.
• 5 years’ end-to-end datacenter infrastructure supply chain experience across hyperscalers and Colo.
• 5 years’ hands‑on operational logistics experience in forward and reverse cloud deployment.
• 2 years’ go‑to‑market strategy, product roadmaps, and sales.
• 1 year developing, presenting and influencing C‑suite stakeholders with strategic initiatives.
• 50% domestic & international travel to customers and SPG sites.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships with major data center customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored supply chain and packaging solutions.
• Drive efficiencies across warehousing, fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery tailored to data center deployment schedules.
• Lead the development of high‑performance, sustainable packaging solutions for IT infrastructure, server components, and related equipment.
• Partner with R&D and engineering to co‑develop custom solutions that improve protection, reduce cost, and meet ESG goals.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align product development, procurement, and manufacturing with client requirements and project timelines.
• Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure profitable and compliant business practices.
• Own revenue and profitability targets for the strategic accounts portfolio.
