Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise-facing roles.
• 5+ years in senior management, including leading leaders.
• Experience building/transforming enterprise CS analytics at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a bold, global Customer Success strategy.
• Lead Senior Directors and Directors across global CS orgs.
• Drive product adoption, health scoring, and renewal/expansion motions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support on strategic initiatives.
• Develop next-generation senior leaders and ensure organizational accountability.
• Deliver executive communications to ELT and board-level audiences.
