Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Vice President, Core Business Application Delivery to lead global delivery, modernization, and integration of enterprise core business applications including HR, Workforce Management, Finance, Facilities, and Asset Management.

This executive role partners with HR, Labor, Finance, Facilities, Tech Services, Operations and Cybersecurity to build a high-performing delivery organization focused on quality, security, and value across global destinations.

Qualifications

• 12 years’ experience leading the delivery of enterprise business applications.
• Experience with HR, Workforce Management, Finance, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with core HR and Workforce Management systems and processes.
• Experience with core Finance systems and processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, etc.).
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, security, analytics, integrations, and cloud/SaaS operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery for core business applications across HR, Finance, Facilities, and Asset Management.
• Define and execute the delivery roadmap in partnership with leaders across product, business, and technology.
• Own delivery outcomes for major programs, enhancements, and platform modernization.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and performance metrics.
• Partner with technology teams to modernize enterprise architecture and platform design.
• Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant across global markets.
• Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships with a focus on value and governance.
• Lead global application operations and support with KPIs, automation, and continuous improvement.
