Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Vice President, Core Business Application Delivery to lead the global delivery, modernization, integration, and support of enterprise core business applications, including HR, Workforce Management, Finance, Facilities, and Asset Management systems.

The role partners with HR, Labor, Finance, Facilities, Tech Services, Cybersecurity and other technology leaders to deliver capabilities, optimize processes, and advance a modern application landscape across global

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience leading the delivery of enterprise business applications.
• Experience with HR, Workforce Management, Finance, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with core HR and Workforce Management systems and processes.
• Experience with core Finance systems and processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners to prioritize demand and deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, security, and cloud/SaaS operations.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery for core business applications across HR, Finance, Facilities, and Asset Management.
• Define and execute the application delivery roadmap in partnership with product, business and technology leaders.
• Own delivery outcomes for major programs, integrations, data flows, releases, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Establish application delivery standards, governance, prioritization mechanisms, and delivery practices across global destinations.
• Partner with Global Technology Services to drive modernization of enterprise business application architecture.
• Partner with product, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, PMO, and business process owners to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead strategic vendor, implementation partner, and managed service relationships for enterprise business applications.
