Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort seeks a seasoned Technical Solutions leader to manage the team responsible for enterprise applications, PMWeb, and integrations. You will oversee design, development, testing and deployment while partnering with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable technology solutions that meet architectural standards.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering or enterprise apps and at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 7+ years of software engineering or enterprise app experience.
• 3+ years in supervisory or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Technical Solutions team.
• Lead software development, integration, and enhancement initiatives.
• Allocate engineering resources and monitor project delivery.
• Oversee PMWeb and other enterprise applications with security and performance in mind.
• Mentor engineers and participate in recruiting, budgeting and documentation.
