Job summary

KKR is seeking a Program Lead to establish and drive an enterprise-wide contingent workforce program in Boston. You will own strategy, governance, and reporting for all non-employee labor, partnering with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and HR to craft a scalable, compliant operating model.

The role requires 9–12 years of CW management and a track record in complex, global organizations. This position includes a base salary range and discretionary bonus potential, with a focus on analytics

Qualifications

9–12 years in contingent workforce management or related fields.
Proven success designing and leading contingent workforce programs.
Experience with supplier relationships and CW governance.
Strong analytical, program management, and change‑leadership skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Own global contingent workforce strategy and governance framework.
Establish policies, intake workflows, and engagement criteria for contingent labor.
Build centralized operating model with visibility into utilization and spending.
Partner with leaders to embed contingent labor into workforce planning.
Define CW tech roadmap and ensure data quality.
Oversee dashboards and KPIs for spend, performance, and compliance.
Lead risk, compliance, and audit activities for the CW program.
Deliver senior leadership reporting and executive dashboards.
