Job summary

Circana is seeking a Vice President of Compensation Strategy, Design, and Architecture to lead enterprise job architecture and global pay frameworks. This role guides governance, market alignment, and scalable design across functions and geographies.

You will partner with finance, legal, and HR leaders to drive organizational change, ensure pay equity, and enable workforce planning in a remote USA environment. The position emphasizes strategic influence and hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive compensation experience and workforce architecture strategy.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise-wide job architecture frameworks across functions, geographies, and regions.
• Strong expertise in salary structure design, market pricing, and compensation governance.

Responsibilities

• Own design and evolution of Circana's global job architecture and leveling criteria.
• Develop market-informed salary structures and range methodologies with external benchmark data.
• Lead external partnerships with advisory firms to translate recommendations into practical solutions.
• Drive governance for job architecture, evaluation methodologies, and architecture standards.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to operationalize compensation frameworks and governance.
