Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Vice President to join the Global Data Center & Cloud Network team in Massachusetts. You will lead hybrid cloud networking design, security, and infrastructure standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams and cloud providers to shape our multi-cloud architecture.

Expertise in vxlan on prem, AWS/Azure networking, and network automation will be critical to set scalable, secure connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in the network industry with cloud experience.
• Experience with AWS and Azure networking concepts.
• Basic Python and Terraform scripting knowledge.
• Experience migrating large-scale apps to cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy hybrid network design standards.
• Deploy WAN and data center connectivity and routing principles.
• Design, implement, and support network infrastructure per standards.
• Articulate design principles to cross-functional and cloud teams.
• Escalate critical issues involving cloud performance and connectivity.
• Drive global hybrid connectivity to Cloud Providers via dedicated circuits.
• Act as SME for cloud routing platforms like AWS CloudWan and Azure vWAN.
• Leverage tools to automate, manage, and troubleshoot the network.
• Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
