Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own end-to-end Citrix infrastructure design and lifecycle management, guiding clients and Saas Operations teams on cloud-based Citrix production.

You will ensure availability through resilient design, monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery, collaborating with cross-functional groups to onboard clients and maintain reference architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Four years of operational experience supporting mission critical production systems in an Enterprise-level Azure cloud environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Citrix related infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors.
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML / Single Sign-On, and Entra Id.
• Four years experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, methodology, and experience with Azure Log Analytics.
• A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
• IT Certifications such as Citrix, Microsoft Azure
• PowerShell scripting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Saas Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for our large and complex base of global clients.
• Assist in resolving priority incidents to quickly eliminate impacts, participate in root-cause analysis, and support subsequent corrective and preventative actions.
• Assist with onboarding of clients, including environment provisioning, customer connectivity, service and identity integration, and security configuration.
• Ensure highest levels of service availability through resilient design, monitoring, and automation with strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for our Citrix environments in Azure
• Own Disaster Recovery strategy and validation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline support and troubleshooting processes.
