Job summary

State Street Corporation in Massachusetts seeks a Vice President-level leader to provide leadership, project management and oversight of Back Office Accounting, Custody and Insurance client conversion initiatives. The role sits within State Street Global Delivery - Client Business Integration, delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will coordinate onboarding plans, manage conversions, and work with COE and processing teams to meet deadlines and regulatory standards while driving

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years’ financial services experience including project/program management experience.
Advanced or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
PMP Certification and/or consulting experience required.

Responsibilities

Manage client conversion activity including onboarding, outbound conversions, transition management and transfers.
Execute onboarding plan and activities supporting custody clients adhering to regulatory standards.
Support new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of overall process and operating model.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess conversion status and ensure best practices.
