Job summary

This high‑profile role supports senior leadership, coordinating deployment of corporate resources to address strategic objectives in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a senior-level background in business management or COO roles, with strong expertise in analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5 years of Business Management or COO experience and/or product knowledge.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Dynamic self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high independence.
• Ability to present well to senior/global business heads.

Responsibilities

• Implement new business strategies and platforms across Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance.
• Improve bottom-line performance by advancing key initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate business risks (legal, tax, regulatory, etc.).
• Analyze financial performance and drive productivity initiatives.
• Partner with Operations and Technology on future workflows and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with external service/infrastructure providers.
• Represent the business in internal/external working groups.
