Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in the Investment Solutions Business Management team.

You will partner with PM leadership to drive strategic growth, manage a large team of investment professionals, and lead initiatives across product and technology platforms to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. You will serve as a trusted adviser to senior PM leaders, develop management presentations, and communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or asset management, or in a consulting, project management, or business management capacity.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment and dedication to their work.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with ability to draft clear, concise documents and communicate to varying seniority levels.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Brings a creative spark and passion for innovation to improve business processes.
• Experienced in driving stakeholder agendas and presenting to senior leaders with clear rationale.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking; comfortable analyzing large data sets and deriving insights; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrates superior judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Shows genuine interest and basic knowledge of global financial markets and wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PM Business Heads to manage and execute strategic priorities.
• Serve as a thought leader, advising leadership on key business decisions.
• Lead and support high-impact initiatives to drive innovation and transformation across product and technology platforms.
• Drive project workstreams and deliverables while supporting business operations; identify and mitigate business risks.
• Establish lines of communication with PM organization levels and key stakeholders; act as lead point of contact.
• Organize complex information into digestible formats, showcasing design acumen and PowerPoint expertise.
• Create management presentations and reporting for senior management.
• Develop subject matter expertise in current-state processes and identify enhancement opportunities and risks.
