Job summary

You will work in a high-profile role, lead strategic initiatives across Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance, and drive performance improvements while maintaining strong internal relationships and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Management or COO experience.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, ChatGPT).
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Independent with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to present to senior/global heads.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to drive strategic agenda across groups.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement new business strategy and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize bottom-line performance by advancing key initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate business risks across legal, tax and regulatory areas.
• Analyze financial performance and drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technology on workflows and IT projects.
• Coordinate with external service/infrastructure providers.
• Represent the business in internal/external groups.
