Responsibilities

• Lead an accounting organization of ~16 professionals across operations, reporting, and treasury.
• Oversee general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, consolidations, and related activities.
• Direct financial reporting under US GAAP and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop SOX controls framework, governance, and audit readiness.
• Drive automation, AI, and standardized workflows to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
• Strengthen treasury, cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Develop talent, establish accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.
