Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Claims to lead the Claims department and shape end-to-end claim strategies for GNMA and GSE servicing. You will drive recovery, compliance, and performance across multi-site teams, ensuring regulatory alignment and timely filings.

This role demands 7+ years in leadership with direct GNMA and GSE experience, plus experience with MSP/Black Knight products.

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience.
7+ years of direct experience managing GSE Claims.
7+ years of direct experience managing GNMA Claims.
5+ years' experience with MSP/Black Knight products.

Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership and direction to the Claims department.
Build scalable processes that ensure all Claims milestones are met timely with maximum recovery.
Lead a team responsible for timely, accurate claim filing.
Proactively monitor, interpret, and implement changes impacting claims operations to ensure ongoing compliance and operational readiness.
Establish and execute strategies to improve process timelines, quality, and performance in alignment with company goals.
Maintain scalable, efficient, and compliant processes, procedures, and controls.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with direct reports, internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless operational execution.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous development among team members.
Identify risk, resolve escalations, and implement controls to mitigate future issues.
Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.
