Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in engineered‑product, technology, aerospace, or defense environments.
• Proven responsibility for a meaningful P&L or substantial operating business.
• Experience leading engineering‑intensive organizations with complex hardware or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full business P&L, including revenue, bookings, backlog, gross margin, operating expense, EBITDA, cash flow, and capital requirements.
• Lead the organization across strategy, product portfolio, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial execution.
• Build and maintain senior executive relationships with customers, partners, and government entities.
• Drive NPI, product lifecycle, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and execute short and long‑term strategies with measurable operating priorities and financial targets.
