Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multi‑disciplined, cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
• Experience managing concurrent programs and DoD development projects.
• Strong communication skills with customers and senior leadership.
• Knowledge of EVMS, IMS/IMP, risk management, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior program execution for high‑complexity, high‑value programs.
• Direct cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, contracts, and quality.
• Oversee subcontractors, negotiate changes, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Create integrated program schedules, risk registers, and execution plans.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure alignment with expectations.
• Establish program baseline, EV plan, and ETC forecasts monthly.
