Qualifications include a Bachelor's in chemical engineering, chemistry or business, with 10+ years in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or business.
• MBA is an asset.
• Experience in lean and/or six sigma.
• Strong quantitative skills with business and financial acumen.
• Leadership or management experience in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the operations team and oversee support functions.
• Maintain metrics to measure performance against objectives and drive improvements.
• Ensure production schedules and equipment utilization meet current and future demand.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, FDA, 13485).
• Plan staffing levels and budgeting for the operations team at this location.
• Drive cost reductions through productivity improvements and process development.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Sales for seamless execution.
• Evaluate new investments with analyses and site assessments.
