Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Vice President of Gaming Operations for its Virginia properties. The role leads product, marketing, BI, operations, and customer service with a focus on delivering growth and profitability across Colonial Downs Group brands.

The executive collaborates with CDI Corporate and property leadership to implement long-term strategies, optimize guest experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing licensed operations and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in gaming industry; leadership of multiple properties ideal.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming/racing license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive profitability, revenue, and EBITDA targets across Virginia properties.
• Set strategic direction with CDI Corporate and properties for guest experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, marketing strategy, and financial performance for assigned areas.
