iCapital is recruiting a Fund Origination - Vice President to lead the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives in New York. This role focuses on launches, onboarding managers, and coordinating with asset and wealth managers to meet client, regulatory, and commercial requirements.

The VP will work on a variety of alternative investment feeder funds, supporting deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring in a hands-on, on-site capacity in New York.

Responsibilities

• lead and proactively manage the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept through launch
• drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, efficient, and successful fund launches
• partner with asset managers and wealth managers to structure and launch funds aligned with client, regulatory, and commercial requirements
• oversee manager onboarding processes for new alternative investment feeder funds
