Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President of Investment Product Development to join its Private Equity team in New York. You will lead the development of private-market investment vehicles, collaborate with senior leadership on deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring, and coordinate across internal and external partners to launch new fund structures.

Hybrid work arrangement; base salary range $160,000-$200,000 with equity and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services.
• Experience developing investment vehicles for private markets.
• Hybrid role based in New York.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of investment vehicles for private markets.
• Lead business development and investment product projects.
• Coordinate across internal departments and external partners to launch new fund structures.
• Oversee tender offer and interval fund operations.
