Job summary

Chase, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Vice President for the Fraud Strategy Team. You will design and validate fraud strategies and processes, partner with Product, Technology and Operations, and use analytics to reduce fraud and revenue loss while controlling costs and customer impact.

Role requires 7+ years in risk management/data analytics with fraud experience, strong SAS/SQL skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk management/data analytics. Relevant fraud experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like SAS, SQL.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
• Ability to think strategically to develop a vision for areas of responsibility and balance short-term vs long-term solutions.
• Experience delivering recommendations to management with ownership and accountability.
• Strong communication skills for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated curiosity and attention to detail to drive analytical and execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring authentication risks in non-digital channels (IVR, call center & branch) and fraud attack trends to identify tactical and strategic responses.
• Collaborating with product, operations, technical and analytics teams to develop and prioritize initiatives and resources.
• Own the ATO and authentication fraud loss categories to minimize overall fraud loss expenses.
• Regularly monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to improve strategy performance.
• Leverage internal and external data sources and analytic tools to drive accurate fraud detection.
• Stay on top of industry trends and adopt best practices.
• Drive concise and effective communications with internal and external partners at different levels.
