Collaborate with product, operations, tech and analytics to prioritize initiatives.
Own fraud loss categories related to ATO and authentication to minimize expenses.
Track fraud trends and customer frictions to improve strategy performance.
Use internal and external data sources and analytics tools to improve detection.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Communicate clearly with internal and external partners at all levels.
