Job summary

Chase seeks an executive-level professional to join the Fraud Strategy Team as Vice President. You will design and validate fraud strategies and processes, collaborating with Product, Technology and Operations to mitigate risk while balancing revenue impact and customer experience.

The role requires deep business understanding, advanced data analytics, and the ability to drive end-to-end solutions with clear ownership and communication to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk management/data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like SAS, SQL.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
• Ability to think strategically to drive execution and balance short- vs long-term solutions.
• Experience delivering recommendations to management with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor authentication and fraud risk across channels and identify strategic responses.
• Collaborate with product, operations, technical and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Own ATO and authentication fraud loss categories with a plan to minimize loss.
• Regularly monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to improve strategy performance.
• Leverage internal and external data sources and analytics tools to drive fraud detection.
