Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President for Electronic Money Movement (EMM) Fraud Prevention to lead fraud protection initiatives across wires, ACH, Zelle, RTP, and emerging payments. You will partner with Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations, and Executive teams to balance customer protection with growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fraud prevention, financial crimes, risk management, payments, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale teams, complex operations, and strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of fraud schemes, account takeover, authentication controls, and payment risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale fraud operations and customer protection programs with focus on risk management and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to design, implement, govern fraud prevention capabilities and authentication solutions.
• Monitor fraud trends, regulatory developments, and industry practices to proactively identify risks and implement controls.
• Translate fraud and operational challenges into actionable business strategies and investment priorities for executives.
• Lead organizational transformation to improve productivity, decision quality, and customer experience in fraud prevention outcomes.
• Build and develop leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and risk metrics to ensure effective execution of fraud prevention strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership in governance, audits, and strategic planning discussions.
