The role leads strategy, market planning, and development initiatives across the East and West divisions, guiding six Regional Vice Presidents to achieve growth and build a strong development pipeline. The position focuses on securing franchise opportunities, fostering relationships with developers and franchisees, and aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in franchise sales, development, and sales management.
• Proven track record of achieving growth goals and quotas.
• Hospitality/franchise development experience preferred.
• Experience leading senior sales professionals across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the Extended Stay sales organization and align objectives with corporate priorities.
• Develop and execute Market Area Strategic Business Plans using market insights and financial analysis.
• Drive growth through hotel conversions and new construction opportunities.
• Coach six Regional Vice Presidents and ensure accountability for results.
• Communicate the Choice Hotels Extended Stay value proposition to prospective franchisees.
• Oversee deal flow, contract approvals, and cross-functional coordination to accelerate opportunities.
