WD seeks a senior finance leader in San Jose, CA to guide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for a fast‑growing AI data infrastructure business. You will partner with the executive team to shape the company’s financial direction and performance.

The role demands deep analytical skills, strong communication to senior leaders, and experience driving process improvements across planning, reporting and governance. Hybrid/onsite collaboration at WD’s California campuses is expected.

Formación

• 15+ years relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or related fields in technology.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with profitability insight.
• Proven track record of process improvement and systems experience.
• Excellent communication and relationships with senior leaders.
• Open to San Jose, CA or Irvine, CA in California.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A strategy, long-range and annual operating plans with executive buy-in.
• Develop forecasting, revenue, gross margin, OPEX and cash flow models.
• Provide rigorous analysis for strategic initiatives, investments and capital allocation.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable financial plans and targets.
• Oversee executive reporting, peer reviews and Board materials.
• Drive productivity and efficiency through KPI monitoring and improvements.
• Support earnings cycles with Investor Relations and Accounting.
