Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function and provide strategic financial guidance across the organization. This senior role partners with executives to translate priorities into actionable financial plans and performance insights.

The VP will build a high-performing Finance Business Partner team, own long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis, and drive data-driven decision-making to improve profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin with 12+ years FP&A experience.
• Deep financial acumen in planning, forecasting, modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to partner with senior operational leaders and translate insights into decisions.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance Business Partner organization and build capabilities.
• Serve as senior FP&A advisor to leaders with actionable insights.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting across assigned businesses.
• Lead KPI analysis, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
• Drive financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases.
• Support capital investments with quantitative analysis.
