Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a strategic VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.

The leader will shape long-term plans, present to the board, and partner with operations, sales, HR, and other senior leaders to optimize performance. The role requires a proven track record in large-team leadership, advanced financial modeling, and experience with Hyperion or Anaplan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute long-term financial plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, establish targets with department heads.
• Develop rolling forecasts to provide real-time insights into financial performance.
