PatientCare EMS Solutions, a private-equity-backed EMS provider, seeks a senior FP&A leader to partner with the CFO and drive budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity reporting. You will own the annual plan, monthly forecasts, and consolidation, while delivering analyses for labor, revenue, capex, and strategic initiatives.

You will lead complex financial modeling for growth, M&A due diligence, and post-close integration, and coordinate with auditors, lenders, and the PE sponsor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or finance leadership.
• 3+ years budgeting/forecasting for multi-entity orgs.
• Private-equity-backed company experience preferred.
• Consolidated financial statements and driver-based variance analysis.
• Lender reporting and covenant calculations experience.
• Advanced financial modeling (M&A, bid, scenario).
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and external auditors.

Responsabilités

• Serve as CFO's finance partner across the organization, advising on strategy and capital allocation.
• Own end-to-end annual budget and monthly forecast processes across all operating companies.
• Lead financial statement generation, consolidation, and driver-based variance analysis.
• Be primary contact for private equity sponsor requests and responses.
• Lead financial modeling for strategic decisions including RFPs, M&A diligence, and integration.
• Partner with RCM to analyze payor mix and revenue variances; oversee revenue recognition with auditors.
• Own monthly management reporting packages and Board materials.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Lead quarterly credit covenant reporting and lender inquiries.
• Support external audit and tax processes; coordinate with auditors.
• Build and lead the FP&A team; standardize Excel/Power Query models.
• Drive finance process improvements and internal controls; enable data-driven decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate and improve financial analysis.
