Job summary

Patient Care EMS Solutions seeks a senior finance leader to serve as the CFO's partner, guiding financial strategy, budgeting, and capital allocation across its multi-state operations. You will own annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and consolidate financial reporting for executive leadership and the private equity sponsor.

You will lead advanced financial modeling (M&A, bid scenarios) and coordinate with RCM and external auditors, driving process improvements and a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A and budgeting for multi-entity organizations.
• Proven track record with private-equity-backed companies and sponsor interactions.
• Experience producing consolidated financial statements and driver-based variance analyses for executives.
• Experience with lender reporting and covenant calculations; external audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CFO's direct finance partner across the organization, advising on financial strategy and capital allocation.
• Own end-to-end annual budget and monthly forecast processes across all operating companies.
• Lead financial statement generation, consolidation, and driver-based variance analysis for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsor, prepare board materials, and respond to sponsor inquiries.
• Lead financial modeling for strategic decisions including M&A diligence and post-close integration.
• Oversee revenue cycle collaboration, net revenue estimation, and payor mix analysis.
• Drive monthly management reporting and liquidity planning; support lenders with covenant reporting.
• Build and lead the FP&A team and improve control environments.
