Job summary

Saviynt, a leading AI-powered identity security platform, seeks an FP&A leader to shape financial strategy for a high-growth SaaS business. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and advanced modeling while driving automation and data-driven decision-making across the finance function.

You will partner with founders and the C-suite to translate complex data into strategic initiatives, improve unit economics, and scale a world-class finance engine as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial planning and analysis, with leadership in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Experience building scalable FP&A processes and budgets for fast-growing companies.
• Proven ability to automate financial processes and build BI solutions.
• Strong communication and partnering with C-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 25-person FP&A team with a culture of data-driven insights.
• Oversee budgeting, strategic forecasting, and operational planning for a SaaS company.
• Design and implement advanced financial models and AI-powered analytics.
• Drive end-to-end automation across financial systems and BI solutions.
• Partner with executives to translate data into actionable strategies for capital efficiency and growth.
• Provide visibility into financial performance for the Board and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, CAC, and other SaaS metrics to identify trends.
• Ensure accurate P&L forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
