Job summary

Saviynt seeks a seasoned Controller to guide financial reporting and global accounting operations for a fast-growing AI-powered identity security leader. You will own GAAP-compliant reporting, manage a ~15-person team worldwide (primarily in India), and drive process improvements with AI-enabled tools to scale the business.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA/CMA, 8–10+ years in senior accounting leadership, and a Big 4 background, with US East/Central time zone preferred for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires deep US GAAP expertise and strong ERP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA/CMA certification required.
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred for senior leadership.
• Experience leading a multi-entity global accounting team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounting operations and financial reporting with accuracy.
• Direct an international team of ~15 finance professionals across 14 subsidiaries.
• Drive process improvements using software and AI-driven tools.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, board, bank, and investor reporting.
• Mentor accounting staff and refine policies to scale with growth.
