• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet/maintenance.
• 10+ years in operations (maintenance, fleet, or service) with B2B focus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; experience leading digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Integrate, scale, and optimize maintenance capabilities across all business units into a unified, high-performing organization.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Finance, HR, Commercial) to align resource models, maximize throughput, and ensure 24/7 responsiveness.
• Vendor & Asset Management: Collaborate with Procurement and Vendor Management to strategically improve partner relationships, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement: Oversee the digital evolution of maintenance systems, tools, data analytics, and automation to drive workflow efficiency.
• Client Advocacy: Manage proactive escalations, service recoveries, and quality standards to protect and enhance company's reputation.
