• Vendor & Asset Management: Collaborate with Procurement and Vendor Management to strategically improve partner relationships, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement: Oversee the digital evolution of maintenance systems, tools, data analytics, and automation to drive workflow efficiency.
• Client Advocacy: Manage proactive escalations, service recoveries, and quality standards to protect and enhance company's reputation.

Our client is looking for an Ops Executive to provide strategic and operational leadership across their enterprise Maintenance organization. This role unifies multiple maintenance teams—including Core Repair & Maintenance, Specialized Truck & Equipment, and Service. The ideal candidate will optimize service delivery, leverage data and automation, and strengthen vendor relationships.

Role Overview & Impact:

• Direct Reports: 3 Senior leaders
• Scope: Enterprise Maintenance Service Performance and Financial Outcomes
• Travel: ~ 20-25%

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Integrate, scale, and optimize maintenance capabilities across all business units into a unified, high-performing organization.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Finance, HR, Commercial) to align resource models, maximize throughput, and ensure 24/7 responsiveness.
• Vendor & Asset Management: Collaborate with Procurement and Vendor Management to strategically improve partner relationships, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Financial Discipline: Strong budget management, P&L awareness, and operational execution capabilities.

Education & Experience:

• Leadership: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing senior leaders and large-scale operations teams.
• Industry Focus: 10+ years in operations (maintenance, fleet, or service environments) with 7+ years in a B2B environment.
• Methodologies: Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; demonstrated success leading organizational integrations or digital transformations.

Salary Range:

200-240K+ Bonus, DOE, Ed, Etc
