Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse lending and collateral.
• Familiarity with Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae.
• 10+ years of relevant experience is typically expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to implement scalable, risk‑controlled client support.
• Coach team on new deal structures and client solutions.
• Drive digital transformation to reduce manual work.
• Maintain the operational risk framework with KPI/KRI/RCSA.
• Review credit and closing documentation for facilities.
• Oversee loan servicing, funding requests, and paydowns.
• Manage collateral reviews and exceptions with custodians.
• Coordinate with Credit and BU on exceptions as needed.
• Prepare and distribute periodic interest and fee invoices.
