Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operations seeks a proactive Liquidity and Fixed Income Trade Management leader to partner with Portfolio Managers and Traders across front-to-back workflows. This VP role emphasizes governance, risk controls, and timely issue resolution in trade capture, confirmations, settlement, and cash/positions lifecycles.

You'll drive continuous improvement, lead incident management, and collaborate with MSIM Trading, Technology, Compliance and external counterparties

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in liquidity and fixed income trade support.
• Experience supporting front-to-back workflows with PMs/Traders.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products and lifecycle events.
• Proficiency with Aladdin or similar OMS/IBOR/ABOR tools.
• Ability to lead through influence and coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Liquidity and Fixed Income Trade Support coverage model.
• Act as escalation point for front office stakeholders.
• Improve controls, incident management and operational resilience.
