Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience in Asset Management or financial services.
- Strong hands-on software engineering background with Java, Python, C++, or Scala.
- Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and platform transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and roadmap for proprietary Fixed Income index applications and platform modernization.
- Partner with Product Owners, workflow leads, and portfolio managers to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
- Direct onshore and offshore engineering teams and oversee delivery, testing, and production support.
- Drive cloud adoption, automation, and architecture standards across the portfolio.
