Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance/IS/CS.
- Significant Asset Management experience with Fixed Income Index expertise.
- Strong understanding of front-office investment workflows and platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into workflow and technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management across investment, operations, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Leadership & Optimization: lead design and evolution of portfolio management workflows across onboarding, data management, IAM, and related processes.
- Business Partnership & Demand Engagement: engage investment teams to capture, refine, and track demand, shaping solutions with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
- Platform Expertise & Governance: advise on governance over onboarding, entitlements, and access management; support governance and audit readiness.
